Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a bank in Viroqua and we are searching for qualified candidates to fill a Bank Teller position!

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for people who are customer service oriented, plain and simple. This bank prides themselves in their superior customer service, and they are looking for candidates who will keep those positive impressions going!

You do not need to have previous banking experience for these positions! Candidates who have a retail background tend to really thrive in this role, or graduates from Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration programs! However, none of this is a requirement for this position. The biggest requirement is a customer service oriented mindset, the rest can be trained!

Schedule:

This position will have a rotational schedule between the business hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. This position will also work a rotational Saturday morning of 8:30 to noon (1 per month).

Responsibilities:

The Teller position provides a variety of customer service functions involving the receipt and payment of money in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner. This position maintains and balances a cash drawer and/or vault on a daily basis, identifies the needs of customers and informs them of Bank products and service which meet those needs or refers them to the appropriate associate, and understands and completes job responsibilities in accordance with federal and state compliance regulations and Bank policies and procedures.
